The delivery time is dependent on our stock availability and your prescription. If you wish to have a more exact delivery time for your order, please contact our Customer Service team. On rare occasions it may be found that an item advertised on our site has been temporarily sold out or discontinued. If your item is sold out/discontinued, we will offer you a similar item or a full refund. Glasses and Sunglasses is committed to always providing a safe, secure and traceable service to customers in the UK and abroad.

In your confirmation email we will specify the delivery time for your specific order but our general delivery times are:

UK Delivery

UNITED KINGDOM:

  • Sunglasses and optical frames without prescription - in stock: 1 - 3 working days or 5 - 10 working days
  • Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses: 10 - 14 working days

Shipping to Europe

EUROPE:

  • Sunglasses and optical frames without prescription - instock: 3 - 5 working days
  • Sunglasses and optical frames without prescription - in suppliers' stock: 7 - 12 working days
  • Prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses: 12 - 16 working days

UNITED KINGDOM:

All of our orders are dispatched from our Liverpool office using a special courier company called DPD. This company provides the best possible service for all of our Glasses and Sunglasses customers by offering 1-hour delivery time slots as well as text confirmations and updates of your delivery status straight to your mobile. Their innovative service also allows you to reply directly the their text messages if you need to reschedule your delivery.

All UK Mainland orders are dispatched from our Liverpool office using the next working-day delivery service. For UK Offshore orders using DPD, please allow 2 working days for delivery once the item is dispatched.

On some occasions, DPD may leave your parcel/item with your neighbour who will need to sign for your item. You would be notified by DPD via text message if this happens. If you don't want your item to be left with your neighbours, please contact the Customer Services team.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

We deliver to addresses worldwide and are happy to ship to residential addresses and work addresses. Please Note: Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed due to our strict fraudulent policies. If you have entered your address incorrectly, please contact us immediately on 0208 987 2400 and our order processing team will be able to advise you on what to do next.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUESTS

We strive to do our best in meeting all requested delivery times but as we are depending on our various suppliers and delivery partners, our delivery times are only estimations and not guaranteed. If you need your order to be delivered before a specific date, please contact us before placing an order. If you would like to arrange for a delayed delivery date just contact our customer services team and they will arrange for your order to be held at our Liverpool office until you are able to receive the delivery again.

If know that you won't be at home when your item arrives, you can send a text message to the delivery company to reschedule a more convenient time for you. Sometimes, your order may be left with your next-door neighbour; if this happens you will be notified via text message. If you don't want your delivery to be left with your neighbours, please contact the Customer Services team who will then offer you an alternative solution.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders can be tracked through your Glasses and Sunglasses online account; simply log in to view. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or phone for your tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment. For our UK customers, our premium delivery company will send you a text message update of when your parcel is dispatched, delivered, or ready for rescheduled delivery if you were out.

Airsure tracking to countries outside of the UK:

As soon as your order is dispatched by our Liverpool office, you will be notified via email with your unique tracking number. For our Airsure customers, you can track the status of your order by visiting your local postal service's website. Please note that the online tracking service may not be available for every country that we ship to. If you are having problems, please contact our customer service team.
