Returns Procedure

At we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 14-day 100% satisfaction guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition* within 14 days of the date we despatched the item and we will either exchange your frame for another colour in the same model or replace the lenses, even if your optician has made a mistake with your prescription. Items must only be returned with a completed return authorisation form. Please contact our Customer Service Department by email to for instructions and help with our returns procedure. The risk of damage or loss to any goods you return to us will remain with you until the goods have been delivered to our premises and accepted by us at those premises. Recorded delivery or courier must used to return goods at your expense. Returned items that are not accompanied by an official Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted.

The Customer Service department will provide you with a return authorisation form. This will include your original order number and your return authorisation number. Enclose the completed return authorisation form with the spectacles you are returning. You must clearly write the return authorisation number on the reverse of the package you return to us.

*Original condition means that there are no marks on the item or the case. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
