Returns Policy

We will exchange or refund your eyewear up to 14 days after delivery/collection however we do not cover return postage fees or the cost of lenses. 1.5 index lenses are valued at £30. If prescription orders are returned a minimum of £30 will be deducted from your refund.

If you require a second exchange, a handling fee of £10 will be charged.

Returning Chanel products: On Chanel eyewear we will refund return postage of up to £7.15. If you are using a service that does not display the cost of postage on the shipping label please make sure to include a copy of your postage receipt.

Please note that international shipping charges will not be refunded. On Chanel orders it will be refunded up to £7.15.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging and any security tags intact.

We recommend returning your goods via a courier or Royal Mail service that requires a signature such as Special Delivery. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely to avoid any damage as it is the customer's responsibility to return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging and with any security tags intact.

Please include either your invoice or a note with your name and order number and the reason for return. We always strive to action your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. All refunds will be to the account originally used.
